You should consume whole grains
Whole grains are one of the best nutrient that will help you to lose weight. How? Grains contain fiber which is highly important for our health! You should consume grains as much as possible because those will not make you fat. Another big advantage of grains is that those will provide you full feeling for longer time, and in that way you avoid overeating!

Reading food labels is easy and simple.When going to shopping try to buy food that is high in protein,low in fat, fruits, vegetables.

For your snacks you can use many groceries. It is important to use food that is high with protein, and contain low calories. By eating snacks you avoid overeating. The role of snacks is in reducing hunger. As a healthy snack use food that is rich in fiber!
At last but not least, Exercise every day for 20-30 minutes or every second day for 30-40 minutes. Remember, exercising is important factor in weight loss. Intensity is much more important than duration of training! Always be aware of that!
